We start early in the morning, with our ebikes we will move on the most technical and demanding paths, short climbs, but steep and technical, with equally fun descents. Little asphalt, a lot of dirt, passing between the sheep tracks towards the single tracks in the archaeological area “I Castelli”. Like on a carousel we will do a bit of up and down towards the Monte dei Diavoli where a long single track will take us on the way to the sea. We will cross San Pietro in Bevagna and the Salina Dei Monaci until we reach Torre Colimena. We leave the dirt road and start with sand up to the dock and then begin our return to Manduria.
